Future Fortune's Pre Cleaner is designed to meet the pre-cleaning requirements of all types of grain processing. It removes foreign particles such as stones, immature grains and other impurities from the input before processing the grain. It comes with metal and wooden sieves, as well as a scraper drive that easily cleans the grain and removes sticks and straws. It also features a built-in blower and suction system.

In order to remove the higher amount of heavy impurities from the grain, a sieve cleaning process is required, along with pre-cleaning. In the first pass through the sieve, large impurities (oversize) are retained and separated from the grain. In the second stage, the good seeds are retained and small seeds and heavy sand are removed from the good quality grain. After being processed on the sieve, the grain passes through the suction cleaner section, which discharges the dust and light particles remaining in the good quality grain. The impurities and sieves are transported through pipelines and conveyed through a cyclone separator to a storage facility, i.e., a trailer.
